Living life unashamed is a challenge, many may think it's not. Put your mind to it. What do you want to live unashamed for? Some say they are unashamed of who they are; the way they do things or their bluntness. Others say they are unashamed of their favorite sports team or a musical artist or actor. What are you unashamed of? I've heard some say they are unashamed of their family; "take my family or leave me". Some go as far as to dress up or proclaim their act of being unashamed for a certain sports team as they cheer them on-painting their bodies in 20 degree weather. What are you unashamed of? Or are you even unashamed? I would say I'm trying to be unashamed. Unashamed of Jesus Christ. It's a daily battle to deny self and self glorification to be unashamed for Jesus Christ. He was unashamed for me and my ugly sinful self that He allowed His only son to be crucified for my well being. Unashamed. I want to represent Jesus Christ unashamed. It's a challenge--definitely not easy--or comfortable. It's a challenge that's for sure but I'm willing. Yeah, I'm willing to take that risk of being scrutinized by the world just to know that I am living for my Jesus--the one who lived, died and arose again for me. Unashamed. Think about it. Live it. Do it. Be unashamed.
Romans 1:16- "For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek."
